Possible Paul Kedelv Drinks set Sapphire blue ground pontil Decanter & tray

Post by RVsaid on December 6th 2012, 9:01 am

Hi

I've had this a while. A gorgeous light catching light blue drinks set with double pouring tip decanter (Kedelv style), ground out pontil. Three cocktail glasses and a lipped serving tray again with ground out pontil. Any ideas as no signatures?

I'm unsure why the decanter is 'Kedelv style'?

Oh, I see.

Well it's quite a common shape for cocktail decanters, and yours is too different from the Bratt / Kedelv set to be from the same series.

Yes that's why I was using the like part. Twin pouring tip coctail shakers are not that common nor are ones with the rounded top to fit the palm and with a ground pontil. I agree its not from the range shown as it has not the same shoulder and looks a different body however the shown photograph is from a raised angle and the body shown is likely to be wider/flared than it appears. The glasses shown are also far away from mine however, it was a good place to start and you did wonder why so I showed you.
