I thought Willsher as well , but don't know enough about his work other than I believe he just signed stuff in pencil .

He usually signed in biro but not everything was signed. It does have the look of Wilsher but the colour and the way it is carved don't appear quite right.

I think the colour does match I googled dozens of his pieces with that colour so still could be .
