Old glass vase ID if possible
I hate glass...it confuses me and it's hard to photograph. At least with most pottery it's usually easy to identify...anyway, the vase is not symmetrical , has a few bubbles and these dash marks that look like they were intentionally put on the bottom.. Anything?? Thrift store find..along with a Vantine Art deco insense burner, a perfect mini Rosenthal cup and saucer with the old mark R/C and the wonderful vase...so if it's junk it was only 25 cents and it was still a good shopping day

I hope you're not mocking my awful pictures
...here in Flori-duh it's either too bright or too dark to get anything decent..at least for me.
My dad gave me his Canon sx30 is and most people couldn't take a bad pic with it....except me

I have something similar - shorter but with the same twist in the body and frilly rim. I think they're bohemian.
Re: Old glass vase ID if possible
Thank you...do you think the etched "dashes" (or what ever they are) are part of a siggy or just dings in the glass? This piece is about 6.5" high

Re: Old glass vase ID if possible
I suspect they are from the tool used to give the vase the twist while the glass was still soft enough to work.

Thanks...was just up on e bay checking out bohemian vase listings.
It seems like a seller will call something anything the seller thinks it reminds them of even if the item is not marked. ..I am not fond of that
