does anyone know anything about "home galleries inc - oil certified" i have a picture but can't make out the signature and it seems like home galleries is out of business - the number on the round gold certificate on the back picture is 42190
i'm new - this is my 1st post - let me know if i did anything wrong

Someone asked the same question on Yahoo, about their painting from the same retailer. The consensus is that the paintings were churned out to order, in Europe and China, so their resale value is dependent on their decorative nature rather than who painted them.
