Large irregular blue bowl with opaque white rim

This is a large bowl, around 33cm across and shaped a bit like a floppy hat. A Google image search for 'blue glass dish white rim' shows one of these as the very first image (from an auction site), but doesn't say what it is. The bowl is transparent, except for the rim, which is quite thick and opaque. Anyone seen one of these?

There are similar bowls in the Flygsfors Glasbruk Coquille Series, but the white band is between the central coloured glass and a transparent rim glass, and they're signed Coquille.
If there's no inscription then it's probably a chinese copy

Yes, I know the Flygsfors bowls, but this isn't really anything like one of them.
