hello any help with this vase please . its a yellowy colour but looks like a glass does when its shattered

Unfortunately your photos didn't load properly, but it sounds like crackle glass, which is very in vogue at the moment.

There are a lot of these sorts of crackle glass pieces around at the moment, being sold in supermarkets. Some are made in France, others in Poland, some Chinese.
