Nice Blue Bottle!

Please can anyone help I.D. this unusual piece of stoneware. Not too sure if this piece may be from the Continent but it has that look about it. The bottle measures 9 1/4 inches in height with a base diameter of 3 1/2 inches. It has an impressed Rose alongside some other marks that I am not too sure about. The impressed rose is within a square and seems to have some letters alongside it. I would be most grateful of any help. Regards, stillscurrying

Is it KT 91 or 01?

There was a phase where a lot of pots were this electric blue colour.

Its good when another pair of eyes look at something you have looked at but were unable to determine. I did not see the mark as KT but can see where you are coming from, I think the number is probably 01. Anyway climberg64 thanks for looking.
