Please Help Id Smokey Glass Bowl

Thanks for taking a look.
This smokey glass bowl is ca. 6.5"x4"x3.25" and has an "H" embossed on the bottom interior top side (not the bottom of the piece, the interior bottom)


Anyone know who made this and when?
