Early Berlin Wegelys vase

Tryed to fathom the mark without much luck keep coming back to various german makers im kinda sticking with wegelys the first berlin factory woud anyone know if this is a piece by them or another, Thanks for looking at it!
Nearly forgot 3 3/4" tall
