ID Marks Please

ID Marks Please

I have a small dish which has THOURET stamped to base. There is also an impressed number 5 and an oval in which there is a scales (like the horoscope Libra scales) and what looks like a bee or fly and the initials GC or GG. I'd like to know what the marks mean and if it is silver or silver plate. I have tried to look up French marks but haven't had any luck. Thank you.

From your description of the marks, it sounds like it is French silverplate or in French métal argenté,
