Bronze Horse statue Sculptor A C Simon...Can't find any info on artist...

This is a beautiful Spanish horse standing over the skull of another horse. Very finely detailed and heavy. Lots of identifying marks, but I have been unable to find any information on the sculptor. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Measures roughly 12" x 15"x 4. Thanks, G
