Beautiful Blue Green petal vase/bowl....Unknown maker.

Bowl measures 9" x 5.5". Weighs 4lb 2oz. Alternating Blue Green ridged "petals". I have had this for several years. Bought from an estate sale just because. Any help would be appreciated....Maker, Factory, country....etc. Thanks, G
