I shall be delighted to see this website up and running. My husband and I now live in Alan's former French home and have some of his work on display in our front terrace garden. People walking past always stop to admire it and leave with a smile on their faces. A few pieces are also in the village church. Alan is well remembered and loved by the locals here. And yes, time for some recognition!

Whilst weeding the terrace garden I unearthed about two dozen little pots. I asked Alan about them and he told me that they were his experiments with clay, pigments and glazes. I think they are rather cute! Here are some of them after I'd washed all the mud off.

Now that really is a big build up introduction to the website that you have spent many a long day working on.

Alan Wallwork Website 822202

www.alanwallwork.info
is well worth a visit for anyone with even a passing interest in 20th century studio ceramics.

Not Found

Exchanged emails with Joe recently. He was still working on a new site but we all probably know how long it takes.. I'm sure it will be back up soon.
