Is this Sklo Union glass?

Bowl is bubbled glass thin and quite light measuring 16cm across top 18cm including handle and 8cm tall. The inside of the base is very scratched. I have seen similar described as Sklo Union bubble glass potty? but not sure if source was reputable. Would appreciate any information. Thanks

Best guess would be one of the Empoli glassworks in Italy. Definitely not Sklo Union (which produced pressed glass, whilst this is mouldblown).
