id my glass not sure what it is maybe a paperweight

Measures 11cm across top with a 2.5cm rim is approx 5cm high with no markings has lots of bubbles in the glass and the flat base is approx 4.5cm wide. It is very heavy for it's size and has ridges in the glass on the underside approx a third of the way up.
