French Chrome Lamp identification

French Chrome Lamp identification

Hi All

Picked up a couple of lamps today and one of them is a big heavy chrom affair marked Carl Paris on the bottom, is anyone aware who this may be as the usual searches are not much help, I attach a photo and all help is really apreciated.
