is it a Poul henningsen?

i have a floor lamp made by Frandsen of denmark
and I think it is a poul hennigsen anyone recognize
this lamp?

A photograph would help, but I'd say it will be a lamp 'inspired' by Henningsen's multi-shade designs - many factories have copied it (and still do).

As far as I'm aware, all of Henningsen's lamps were produced exclusively by Louis Poulsen. Also, he died in 1967 and Frandsen Lighting didn't exist until 1968.

Yup, an 'inspired by' design, rather than a Henningsen original - probably late 1970s - 1980s.
