Cut crystal with silver rim - marks for Sheffield 1926 (I think) - makers mark FH

Does this give us any idea of maker?

Hi the makers mark is for Francis Howard Ltd 1900..2008
(registered Apr 1901)
Sadley unless the glass is marked it is harder to say where that was made
