Verner Panton System 1-2-3 Deluxe Chairs?

Hi all,

I have a pair of 123 deluxe chairs in studded chocolate, however they have studded leather armrests, which I have never seen or heard of before.

Can anyone shed some light on this, as I fell I have stumbled across something quite rare...
