orrefors #2 - real? info?

Another that doesn't quite follow the naming I am used to, though I think this is a Nils Landberg piece??

I read the signature as Orrefors, N, (Nils Landberg before 1970), 20?0?8, 67 or 69 and a blurry engraver sinature.
