Glass Bowl - Czech or Murano?
Bought this glass bowl (basket) a while back and posted it on GMB - couldn't ID so I post here to see if I can get anywhere - There was some confusion as to if it was Czech or Murano - any help appreciated

I would guess at Czech, but thats just a hunch.

My guess would be Chalet out of Canada, but they signed most of their pieces. The color is certainly correct.

Chalet Glass out f Canada.... Changed the name to Murano Glass in 1958... 3 artist from Italy started a art glass business in Cornwall... I believe it was 1960 when the business was moved again...

If you go to the second link I sent this is what I get from it... I have one of the flat bowls ..... dish ??? My sister brought me from Canada... She lived in thunder bay for a few years...

It is a beautiful bowl the link Ed sent was very good Murano style. Because they were from Italy...

Well sitting in Tennessee and trying to get back to Florida to help my Mom it's hard to think of other places.. But I do understand now...
