Green Bowl

Green and white mottled cased bowl - 10" diam, 3" high - of wavy formed rim with thick glass base that glows deep uranium orange/yellow, the whole casing glowing and giving off blue irididized hughes.

Posted on GMB many years ago but all I got was could be Czech - any ideas?
