Hi, the following information comes from Miller's Pottery & Porcelain marks book.

Morley Fox & Co. ltd,. Fenton , Staffordshire.. Previously known as William Morley, this company produced earthenwares at the Salopian Works 1906 -44. A number of different marks were used, many incorporating the initials M.F. & Co. In 1944 the company became William Morley and Co. Ltd. (1944-57)
