Can anyone ID this lamp?

I recently found this really great lamp and wanted to see if anyone could ID it. I can't seem to find the likes of it when I search online. What do you say?

The computer with all my lighting reference is dead at the moment, and I don't recognise the design off the top of my head. Sorry.
