ID Help Request Enameled Copper Dish Makers Mark Monogram

Hello!!
Apologies for the stereoscope images. For some reason I am not able to upload pix properly. I suppose 2 is better than none.
In any event, I am wondering of the monogram, signature initials are familiar to anyone. Its a lovely piece and the design shows lots of control and skill.
Any help is appreciated.
