Unusual wrythen bulb vase

Hi,
I've had this bulb? vase for some time but I have always wondered about it's age and origen so I thought who better to ask than the brilliant members of the 20th Century forum. Anyway the vase measures 7" tall and is obviously pink but around the swirl pontil the base becomes clear.
Has anyone seen another please. I have decided to sell it and wan't to give it as accurate a discription as possible.
