"Modern Art" is produced by incompetents, sold by charlatans and bought by ignoramuses?

It is enlightening to juxtapose "Fine Art" to "Modern Art"

Two Studio Pottery porcelain vessels made when he was Senior Lecturer at UWIC (University of Wales Insititure Cardiff) on the Ceramics course.  One is a second, the lustre piece, the other with incised decoration is a glaze test.
