Lyfa Lamp - need info/help

Hello, great forum you have here!
I am a collector of classic danish design lamps, I visit the local thrift stores at least once a week and often come by new additions.

I found one Lyfa lamp last week that im sure I saw somewhere before but i cant seem to find out where, I have been trough my catalouges and 60s issues of Bo Bedre but I can't find it anywhere; Im looking to find the name of the designer, model number and the production year;

If anybody can help it would be much appreciated!
