Art Nouveau Dutch Vase

I have had this vase about 20 years and always assumed from the mark that it was made in Leiden but have recently found a very similar mark attributed to Amphora Tegel-en Fayencefabriek which made me wonder if the "Leiden" in the mark was in fact the design name. I am also assuming date of manufacture to be 1910ish. Any thoughts much appreciated, John

Made by Amphora Tegel-en Fayencefabriek in Oegstgeest 1908-1933, form M 652, decor Leiden
