Large White & Clear Glass Vase. ID if possible

This vase is just under 18ins in height, it is white glass on one side and clear on the other with a black stripe dividing the two halves, it looks very modern to me but I'm usually wrong, the photo doesn't show it at its best, it wasn't taken in natural light. Any ideas ?
