Old terrine
I bought this from a very nice German gentleman. I think it's from either the 1920s or 1930s and was described to me as laufglasur (lava glaze). (Please would you put me right on my spelling and /or translation?) If you have any thoughts to its age I would be very grateful. The mark was extremely difficult to capture but you can make out the old tall style Steuler mark. Form number very difficult but goes something like 3013. It could I suppose be 30/3. The only digits I'm certain of are the first and last ones which are definitely 3. Difficult to measure its roughly 16cms to top of the little figures on the lid. Creamy clay.

yes, "3..3", the form number reads 3613.
yes, Steuler, late 30s, #3609 and #3613 1937,
cf. the journal "Die Schaulade", 1938 with #3609 (left)

I do not know if they belong together, but maybe someone could help me out here.
