Large sklo union glass = ID: Rudolf Jurnikl, Sklo Union 1961

Looking for maker etc. assuming that it might be sklo union glass.

I think it may be by Rudolf Jurnikl, 1960's Sklo glass?

Yes, Ed's correct, it's a Rudolf Jurnickl design from 1961 - I'll look it up in Marcus' book later and I should be able to tell you which of the Sklo Union factories it was made by.
