It could be a Gullaskruf vase by Arthur Percy, but it is hard to tell.

I'm afraid without a photo of the base or at least a description of the finish we're not going to be able to say one way or the other.
The bases are pretty distinctive on the Arthur Percy vases so we'd need to see yours please if possible.

Apologies for late reply I had a technical issue with old comp also for pic quality its the best i can do with natural light on a cloudy day
