Shell impression and SL monogram on pot from south coast of England

I was told by the seller that this was from the south coast (I think Cornwall) and cost quite a bit from a gallery. I can't trace the marks in any of my books.
It looks to have an impression of limpet shell and an SL monogram.
Does anyone have any ideas?
