Uranium Glass Candlesticks

Post by petet63 on Mon May 24, 2010 6:59 pm

Hiya all, I need some help identifying the maker of these candlesticks. They have 6 sides on the stem, 19cm in height. In great condition for their age with no chips nicks or nibbles and look great. I have shown the patterns as best I can with my camera. Thanks. Pete

Hi Pete, just bumping this for you - hopefully our uranium glass expert Christine will pop by soon.

Have you looked here? http://www.pressglas-pavillon.de/index2.html

I mean our expert on uranium glass, rather than an expert that glows under UV light.

It means I've added a reply to bring it up to the top of the glass ID list again.

In general if something doesn't get a reply, after a while its ok to 'bump' it incase it was missed.

Davidson is unlikely if they are uranium glass. If you attach the pictures again, I'll have a look.
