Fish jugs/Glug Jugs/Gurgling Jugs/Guggle Jugs
Sorry for the long list but people seem to call these things by different names. Missed two out, Gurgle jug and Fishy Juggy Wuggy (okay, maybe not that one).
Looking for the makers of these is, err, quite surprisingly, difficult. They were orignally made by Thomas Forester and Co (Longton) somewhere around the 1870's. They were also made by...
George Morley & Co (C 1880)
Grimwades (1930+)
Dartmouth Pottery (1956+)
Wade
A currently unknown company in Portugal
My reason for posting..... I'm wondering who the manufacture is for this one?

There's also Foster's, who were based in Cornwall, I believe? It might be one by this company.
I think the last name is Fishy Wishy Gurgley Juggy wasn't it?

Quite possibly, but Foster gurgle jugs do have a clear backstamp. I cannot comment on Kernewek, but searching Google did show that the base might match TC's example.

TC, I think your post will get more exposure in the ID my Pottery section (which is where I think it should probs be anyway) so I'll move it for you :)

If you say all fosters are clearly marked, how can you think this one might be fosters then ?

I don't think that. I am saying that after seeing Kernewek examples on a Google search, it appears the base does look similar...

Thought you may like to know that the Dartmouth jugs were made from the original Grimwades/Royal Winton moulds, after WW2 due to restrictions on manufacturing, a deal was struck between the 2 factories, in exchange for blanks Dartmouth were allowed to keep the moulds as demand for Grimwades outstripped the their supplies of raw materials.
