Is my item beswick, of fake, thanks

Hi new to all this so i'll apologise if i get any of this wrong.

This is a possible beswick horse and rider, a white horse rearing and what
looks like a sailor on his back i have photo's below. It is ten inches high.

It looks the same as the Beswick crest mark in my Beswick book.

Thanks tigerchips, does it say which dates they put it on there pieces.

I'm afraid not, although it does say the first version of your figure (you have the second version) was introduced in 1974 and designed by Graham Tongue.
