Ceramic Tiles - Is this Taro Okamoto?

Two panels, each panel contains three 4" x 4" tile. Hand painted. Lower right contains the name "Okamoto". Back of each panel-frame contains a small sticker "Wales (sp), Made in Japan." Do you think theses tiles are his work? Thanks in advance. - James
