Turquoise hooped vase

I know this isn't Riihimaki production but who's is it? Aseda or Sea Glasbruk sorta thing? What does everyone else think?

Whatever possessed me to say Caithness i don't know, the rings are wrong and the glass is too thin for Caithness. Embarrassed
