No idea about this one. Again no marks to help with ID.
It has a rubbery plastic trim to the bottom of the shade which made me think it is later than it looks but ..???? Any help as to origin date very welcome. Thanks David

My first instinct is that it was possibly made by Troughton & Young (Lighting) Ltd., probably around 1955. The shade could very well be original - it's certainly the correct shape and proportion.

Most of my information for British lighting companies is based on old magazines, journals and catalogues I've collected over the years.

Fantastic ! Haven't seen designboom before and have run into retromoderndesign before but forgot to save it as a favourite. Just used it to identify a couple of my tables (atomic tables -Albert Larsson)
