I think they're 1970s/80s. Worst news is they pop up in charity shops everywhere - and tend to stay on the shelves.

But I'm sure you'd feel better if you saw the amount of junk I've bought over the years!

I'll shift these posts in a bit - got to find a home for them first, as we've no Japanese or International glass section.

It's an easy error to make, there is a very similar Nanny Still design which is why these often get confused.
