Nice one - congrats on posting the image. However, I do hope you don't mind but I took the liberty of tweaking your image slightly - the rock was blending in with the vase and it was a bit dark - my eyesight isn't what it was ...

So anyway, in an effort to aid identification here's the slightly modified image (Henrik if you're not happy I will of course remove it - just let me know).

on the base is: 10 / 14 GERMANY

PIP, you can modify my picture as you like

dantheman, my aviator is a part of my collection
- he is standing on a bench in a garden

he is a Jasba 5060 22 - believe it or not, he is a vase . . .

dantheman, finally here is a picture of the base

and Pip, I have no macro setting on my mobilephone-camera
- sorry, it's as good as it gets

and remember my question: who made this and when??
(it might be very old . . .)

I think it's steuler and from the 1960's .

dümler & breiden
