Likely Czech production - moulded & handfinished

This looks like Czech production to me, has a polished base. No signatures or marks but plenty of base wear. Marcus has said he's looking into these (he has others in different shapes but same colour) and also thinks they're probably Czech - hopefully he'll drop in here and update when he can.
