German pot - probably Ü-Keramik (Uebelacker)

Nice little pot with what looks to be hand-carved decoration. Pattern no. 1260/10R. Could the R signify Ruscha?

I think it's not Ruscha but probably from Ü-Keramik (Uebelacker) and the R after form and size numbers means relief.
