Souvenir plate

I have a clear glass souvenir plate from Helsinki with a plastic label which has a crossbow inside a red dot with 2 flames or spires at the top. There are letters on the label (CASA-PAJA?) and HAND MADE IN FINLAND which resembles MERI LASI label shown below. Sorry, Serving won't let me download a picture of the piece. Decidedly Browned Of

Any help to ID the maker is appreciated.
