That would be the candelsticks named in Danish "Åkande" Water Lilly designed by Sidse Werner for Holmegaard Glasswork in 1975 and if it is in hight 4.5 centimeter and diameter 9.5 it will have pattern number 304 01 00

Sidse Werner did most of her designs from Fyens Glasswork.

Is 1975 the date of the catalogue that it first appears in? I ask only because Dansk Glas 1925-1985 suggests 1977 - but mistakes are known in that book.

Actually the catalogue page has the "HOLMEGAARD DESIGN" mark but state Sidse Werner as designer, the compagny that has printed the catalogue pages has marked it with 3.77 and that is Marts, 1977 so the design must be earlier that 1977 and launched on the marked in 1977 is correct.
