Fratelli Toso (Murano)

A 1950s Fratelli Toso turquoise, white and clear cased glass bowl with silver inclusions.

How can you tell a Murano I have a bowl and bottles with stoppers but not sure how to tell who might have made them? Are all Murano's signed?
