Luzern Jug

Post by Josordoni on Mon May 18, 2009 11:53 am

This is a charming little jug, marked Luzern handarbeit with a form number 421. I can't seem to find anything about Luzern as a pottery, I am wondering if this is a pattern name rather than a studio? Link is a gallery with more pics.

Can anyone throw any light?

thanks,

Stumbled tonight upon this forum by checking ceramic links.
Maybe a little late to answer 1 1/2 years later

This is no pattern name. It's pottery from Luzern/Switzerland. I often see
(mostly 50ies) ceramics here, marked only Luzern
Have a look here:

Not that I can remember, but hey Dan.. you know what my memory is like! How do I know what I have and don't have... :(

The search box at the top of the Ebay listings on my website is a full eBay search, not a search of my listings.. not sure how to change it. The website was impossible to keep up with everything else I am doing, and nobody bought from it, so I went back to just selling from eBay. The functionality of it is much easier for me. Shame though :(
