Hi, thanks again vhb64!
Everytime the numbers look like these ****/** it will be Jasba?
I need to learn so I'm not always asking.

Re: Jasba Keramik
Nope, the notation form number, separator (slash), size (cm) was very common in the 1950s, but there are other clues, position, font face (sans serif) and the missing of any other marks . The missing of any marks of origin is rather misleading. though. These plates #1916 are usually marked GERMANY and 1919/26 underneath.
Jasba form series of bowls and plates with numbers in the 1800 range
was possibly issued in the 1930s, bowl GERMANY 1901/31 1951,
your plate issued about 1955, with decor Jaspatina, 1955/56, with the decor
on your plate late 1950s i think. Similiar decor by Bay.

Ok Volker, thanks for all the precious information. It's really not so simple and I guess I will keep confusing some of the German brands.

Jug with Venice scene
Hi,
I would like to find out who is the author of these Venice ilustrations that appears in some Jasba pieces but also in different other german labels.
I'll be grateful if someone can help.
Rita

Re: Jasba Keramik
It seems to be the same illustrator of these vases:

Does anyone knows his name? Is he german?
Thanks,
Rita
