Est. 1945 by Christian & Ernst Carstens, ceased production in 1984.

This is a big boy or girl;-) It is just over 40cm high and about 45cm at its widest. The glaze is a pastel blueish/grey and mauve at the bottom.

Can anyone help me with identifying the maker of this vase. It is marked with W._ GERMANY as well as numbers 7267-25 and the makers mark.

Carstens for Nurnberger bund? Don't know the full background but Nurnberger Bund were I believe a retail group who commissioned pottery
